Private Label Cleaning Brushes: Approve the Sample First
Approve a private-label cleaning brush against a written kit list, head fit, charging details, artwork and packaging before confirming a bulk order.

A logo sample can look right while the supplied brush set differs from the quotation. Treat sample approval as a check of the complete retail unit: the brush body, accessories, charging items, instructions and box.
Choose the format before judging the finish
The catalog describes WC-CB001 as a compact handheld cordless scrubber with five interchangeable cleaning-head options. WC-CB002 is a long-handle model with an LCD status display. Compare each sample against its own reference and chosen accessory set.
Keep an approval sheet beside the sample
- Record the version. Note the model, sample date, body color, head assortment and packaging revision. Take one photo showing everything supplied.
- Check the accessory fit. Ask for the correct attachment and removal instructions. Record which heads belong to the selected body rather than assuming cross-model compatibility.
- Review the charging information. Match the unit label, supplied cable or adapter and instruction sheet. Request the confirmed electrical data for the chosen version.
- Review the logo and artwork. Check placement, orientation, spelling, barcode readability and the actual print sample. A digital mockup alone does not settle the finished appearance.
- Check the complete pack. Count components, inspect their positions in the box and confirm the instruction language and replacement-part identification.
Test on the intended surface
Use the supplied instructions and begin on a small, inconspicuous area. A scouring pad or steel cleaning ball is not a suitable default for every finish. Record the brush head, surface, cleaning agent and result so the approval is specific. Ask for written limits on water exposure; an electric scrubber should not be treated as submersible without a confirmed rating and instructions.
Close the open points in writing
Send one list separating accepted details from changes still needed. Where a head, label or insert changes, ask for a revised sample or agreed evidence of that change. Keep the approved sample and kit list as the reference for the order.
Private-label and packaging options, sample availability, costs and timing are confirmed for the selected model. Do not build a retail claim around an unverified runtime, waterproof rating or certification.
