Cast Iron Series Specifications & OEM Options
Z-010 is a flat round cast iron griddle with integral open handles, made for flatbreads. Seven diameters are listed, from 26 cm (1.3 kg) to 40 cm (3.8 kg). It cooks roti, tortillas, crepes and pancakes, for restaurant suppliers and cookware importers; Z-009 has a concave surface.

Use and Care
