Z-084 is a deep rectangular cast iron roasting pan with sloped sides and broad integral handles. Two sizes are listed: 33 × 23 × 6 cm (3.5 kg) and 38 × 27 × 8.5 cm (6.3 kg). It roasts meat and vegetables and bakes casseroles, for cookware importers and restaurant suppliers; the shallower Z-045 suits sheet-pan cooking.
