Use and Care
The plate is supplied as uncoated cast iron. Wash, dry and season it with a thin coat of cooking oil before the first use. Wash by hand, dry fully after cleaning and wipe on a thin coat of oil before storage. The handles get hot during cooking; use suitable heat protection.
